Our Vision/Mission

Thank you for visiting us online.  East Gates International is an interdenominational religious non-profit organization dedicated to serving the Church in China as well as other entities that best serve China's future growth and development.  We fulfill this by working at all levels in China from engagement in government diplomatic activities to assistance with grassroots rural projects.  In this decade, East-West relations will have a significant impact on the world and will effect religious activities and their contribution to China's society. East Gates is humbled to be a small part of what is happening in the Church in China.

Shown on the left hand side of our logo are two Chinese characters -- "East" and "Gate."  Together, they reflect East Gates' vision which is to be a gate for the West into the East when it comes to understanding and serving the Church in China.

OUR VISION

East Gates' vision is to help the Body of Christ in China, fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20).  Working legally and in partnership with the Church, East Gates seeks to equip the Christians in China with the tools they need to grow in their relationship with God and to reach out to others with the Good News of Jesus Christ.

HOW IT'S ACCOMPLISHED

• By equipping our brothers and sisters in China with Bibles and Christian literature as well as assisting pastors and lay leaders with training tools to help their ministry.
• By building bridges to China's leaders at all levels so that better understanding and trust is established between China's believers and the secular authorities who govern their nation.
• By partnering with other ministries that serve China and whose philosophy of ministry is in agreement with working legally and in cooperation with the indigenous churches.

 FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY

We are audited yearly by an independent outside accounting firm. East Gates' annual audit, including the confidential management letter, is available to any financial donor to East Gates Ministries International.
