East Gates Ministries International's corporate headquarters is located in the Seattle/Tacoma area of Washington State, one of the major US gateways to the Pacific Rim. EGMI oversees and coordinates the East Gates China, Hong Kong and Australia offices.

Hong Kong/China
The East Gates Hong Kong office (EGHK) is a charity organization that is registered with "The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administration Regions" inside China. EGHK has four co-workers and manages the East Gates co-workers inside China.
EGHK is located in Hong Kong, the exchange center of Chinese and Western cultures. Also, Hong Kong is one of the major financial and information capitals of the world. One of EGHK's major responsibilities is to collect and channel the information of the Chinese churches (both Official churches and House churches) to EGMI and EGA. It helps support EGMI and EGA projects.
Co-workers in Hong Kong and China travel around China visiting the churches and believers to understand their current situation and assess their needs. They seek opportunities to assist the Official or House church believers in any way they can.

East Gates Australia (EGA) is made up of a committee of six who work in a voluntary capacity. Presently, the committee is Sydney based, although its supporters are drawn from every State. All committee members have traveled through China, with some having long-established connections in the country either through their secular work, involvement with various ministries within China, or both.
EGA assists with editorial work, meeting needs within China, and because of their connections, assists EGMI with the facilitation of certain projects.
Because of Australia's geographical position and its good relationships with China, it is well positioned to act as a partner to the US and Hong Kong offices.
